Collab Messages

It is closer to a business workflow surface than a detached chat product.
Why it exists
Business work often leaves the application.
A question starts in the system, moves to email or WhatsApp, becomes a task somewhere else, and loses the record, permission, screen, and decision context that made it important.
Collab Messages is designed to keep more of that work inside the application experience.
